Positive aspects of this sauna (pros): Discreet entrance, good layout, good facilities, clean and well kept
Negative aspects of this sauna (cons): Entrance not so discreet at Rush hour, Reception Staff not very helpful

Well my first Sanuna Visit in London and my first visit to a sauna in a few years! I went on a Friday afternoon to spend some time relaxing after a busy week..and it was worth it!

OK only a few negitive points:
1. The entrance during Rush Hour is not discreet as there is a London Lite and London Paper distributors right out side the door...hardley the fault of the Pleasuredome though!
2. The recption staff are a bit brusk to say the least. The only thing he said to me was to say hello (just) and ask for my money! Nothing was mentioned about wanting a card for the bar or the private rooms or offering the crusing wrist bands (which would have been useful!) Perhaps it was just an off day, but reading other reviews of this Sauna..perhaps not..!

Now the good stuff...basically everything else! The locker rooms are clean and tidy, leading down to the bar/rest area which has a fantastic spa bath! I made a mistake at first by going directly up to the crusing rest cabin area. I was just looking round but ended up staying there..for a while! Trouble was most guys just seemed to be walking round...i baggsed a room for a while, door open hoping for some comapany, but no joy! After i while i went down to explore further and in the spa area started talking to a nice guy so we went back up to rest rooms for some fun!

Generally i would really recommend this sauna, it was an early friday PM (arrived 3pm) and it was nice and busy with a complete range of guys..from younger to older (i prefer the older dom guy.. ;-0 ) so something for everyone!

Will def go back!

Positive aspects of this sauna (pros): Good crowd - very very very cute staff - two of them are walking wet dreams
Negative aspects of this sauna (cons): Currently under renovation - so some parts are closed

People here actually do stuff; not walk around aimlessly.

Although currently there are innovations going on but still the place rocks. Last nigt I had one passionate hour long grilling with this built, mid 20s lad with thick curly hair.
Mate if you are on this forum, you are gorgeous and I had a very good time.

What I found with other London saunas is that people start their night as - "I am so fucking good" and then walk around aimlessly rejecting perfectly good looking lads... get tired, and transform into - "I will go for the above average guy"... now the above average guy is pissed off for being rejected earlier so these people walk a little more and in the end get so tired that they end up settling for the worst the sauna had to offer or go home without unloading.

Positive aspects of this sauna (pros): Lots of guys, all shapes, sizes and ages.
Negative aspects of this sauna (cons): The staff.

The customers are great, but make sure you ask for your deposit back and any money left on your card, or the staff may "accidently" let you leave without returning it!

Positive aspects of this sauna (pros): Good Trade, Open 24 Hours, Clean & Tidy
Negative aspects of this sauna (cons): Rude, Un-interested Staff, Overpriced

You will never believe where we ended up on Christmas Day! Ok - you guessed it. We had a couple of hours to spare before we went to Trade so decided to chill out and popped into Pleaseuredrome in Waterloo. Arriving at their posh rear entrance my friend Wayne enquired "are you busy?" "No", came the reply. I could not believe my ears when Wayne asked if Chariots was open and if they had the number so he could call them to see if they were busy. Anyway, he could not get an answer so we decided to go in anyway.

After paying what seemed like thousands of pounds to get in (there is the entrance fee, the key deposit and you have to charge your card in case you want to buy anything) we headed for the changing rooms. It was like the Mary Celeste in there but to be fair they did tell us and give us the choice. We got changed and headed for the Jacuzzi. There were a few people round the cafe area and some in the water. We got chatting to a very cute boy called Mark from Newcastle.

The sauna is clean and tidy and is kept to the highest standard but I'm sorry, the staff need a kick up the arse. They make you feel an inconvenience to them. There is no smile for you and everything seems to much trouble. The other complaint I have about this place is that they closed the Steam Room and Jacuzzi for cleaning. Now I know they have to clean but we had paid 21 to get in and could not use the Steam Room of Jacuzzi for over 3 hours which left the Sauna Cabin and cinema area, even the seats in the cafe had been put on the table so you could not sit down.

There were a couple of nice guys I hooked up with and we chatted about the economic state of the country and whether Gordon Brown would make a good Prime Minister...... yeh right (not the Gordon Brown bit the chatting).

This sauna is like an old friend. You can rely on it for some trade. It's open 24 hours so you're guaranteed a shag because anyone with a bona at 4AM is going to head there. Just one thing, watch your change. When I left they tried to give me 3 back. Don't forget I paid I paid 5 key deposit and charged the key with 10 that's 15. I bought a sandwich and a bottle of water. I complained and they changed the 2 into a 10 note which meant the sandwich and bottle of water cost me 5.

Overall it's a good place. It's clean and tidy and gets some nice trade. The staff problems are caused by the attitude of management and should this be changed I feel sure would attract even more. I know several people who will not go to this place because of the rude and un-interested staff. Great shame.

Positive aspects of this sauna (pros): It's not too cold
Negative aspects of this sauna (cons): Only one source of condoms, saves on cleaning?

Two good shower areas and a good mix of age. Kool.

Positive aspects of this sauna (pros): Really nice totty, gorgeous French guy working there, tastiest tuna and sweet corn sandwich.
Negative aspects of this sauna (cons): Entrance fee has gone up by 1,staff are uninterested, don't seem to care.

After Salvation on Saturday night de decided to go to Pleasuredrome. We arrived about 7am and already it was getting busy - too busy, the staff simply could not cope. Pleaseuredrome have become a victim of their own success.

We arrived to find the entrance fee has gone up by 1 and they now have this new thing where you have to pay 5 deposit for the key fob thing they give you if you want to rent a room or buy anything at the bar. I told the guy I would be buying a sandwich and wanted to top up the card but he forgot. I got inside and tried to order my sandwich. I was told the card I had was checked out and I would have to go back to reception and sort it out.

When I got to reception there was a queue of people complaining about one thing or another. The guy at the front was pissed off because he had rented a room but the key card would not open the locker. His bit of trade had wandered off and he'd been left high and dry. The guy in front of me was pissed off because he put his key card down while he went in the sauna and someone had taken it. He was told there was nothing they could and that he should go and stand by his locker in case whoever had the key tried to take his clothes.

I explained about my card but the guy behind the bullet proof glass (with a tiny hole in it for your voice to travel through but not enough to get your fist through which is a very good thing) was not in the mood to listen. I was made to feel it was my fault and that I was in the wrong. I explained that I had told them when I came in I wanted to buy a sandwich and they should have topped up the card then, not made me go all the way round then stand in anoother queue just to put 5 on my card.

Job done off I trotted back to the food bar. There is an absolutely gorgeous French guy working there now who made me the tastiest tuna and sweet corn sandwich I've had in a long while. (Word of warning though, don't eat sweet corn if you're going to... well, you know!)

There was some really nice totty in there once I'd eaten my meal and had a good look round. The facilities in this sauna are very good and the place had just been refurbished. They have a massive hacuzzi but I was a bit disconcerted to see two guys wanking one another to climax in there and I wondered to myself what would happen to the.... you know... jizz. I'm the one that normally gets it stuck to my hairy legs.

Upstairs there are loads of free cabins and there are loads of other cabins you can rent by the hour which have videos playing in there. I certainly was not going back to the counter to queue up again to put more cash on my card so I went to look for a free cabin. Every one was taken up by people sleeping. It's so frustrating, I'd picked up this gorgeous bit of trade who was Russian and built like a brick shit house and passive but I couldn't find a cabin. We ended up in a brick room at the side, no bed, no cushions, no comfort - but a massive c**k.

There is a steam room at the back which has to be one of the best steam rooms I've been in for a long while. It was so hot and the steam came out about every 30 to 40 seconds and really re-vitalised me. There is a small dark room just off the steam room and although you could not see inside you could see the trade makings it's way in there and every single one of them was stacked. Big, butch and hairy - just how I like em! Beyond that is a sauna cabin and solarium, some more showers and second steam room.

There is an attendant upstairs now (I guess because of the current climate in saunas these days) who was very handsome... but, obviously hated it up there. I asked how his day was going and he grunted something about hair, smell and P45. He spent most of the time sat in a small cupboard which I guess must have been a cabin at some stage of it's life and looked very moody. It was really turning me on but he made it clear he was definitely out of bounds.

There was some very handsome men in there but suffering the effects of a very busy weekend and a lot of wandering round. Although the place is clean and tidy it lacks atmosphere. The staff are uninterested and don't seem to care which is a real shame because the place is the perfect party venue; if it had less attitude.

Positive aspects of this sauna (pros): Clean, relatively cheap , hot men and very good facilities.
Negative aspects of this sauna (cons): The electronic cabin doors need easier (as in an idiot guide for me) instructions!

I'm trying to think of some lyrics from Welcome to the Pleasuredome as I write this but I blatantly can't. Anyway, on Friday night we had a massive leaving party at work, I had about ten glasses of wine then left rather innebriated and staggered towards Angel tube. It was at this point that my sex drive - after an absence of about a month - returned with a vengeance. A quick detour to the Edward VI left me in no doubt that aliens had colonised earth, so my heads started leading me towards saunaville.

After some 'hilarious' Northern line branch changing antics I got to Waterloo at about 11pm and the sauna was already very busy. The Pleasuredome is located just off Alaska street (exit 2 at Waterloo). You get a keycard when you get in which you can charge up with cash should you want to buy refreshments from the cafe bit. They also open some of the private cabins - although this was a bit beyond me I must admit. Anyhoo the facilities are very good. Clean and comfortable and spacious, yet still retaining the right cruisy atmosphere that you want at a sauna. The steam rooms are nice and big enough for some group action should you want to indulge.

You get a very mixed set of guys there, from older good looking horny guys to young cute guys, people out from clubbing to people still there from after work. I made sure I sampled a wide variety of what was on offer of course - getting one of the best blow jobs I've ever had in the process (probably too much info there).

By the time I left at about 5am it was still in full swing. The staff were really friendly and asked if I wanted a taxi calling, you also get un-used monies back from your swipe card (incidentally I put on about ?6, had a fair few coffees and still got ?3 back so the drinks are reasonably priced!). If saunas are your bag (or like me you are wandering through Waterloo feeling horny) then you can do a lot worse and expensive than go to the Pleasuredome - especially for ?12.

I can see that now I've moved to Vauxhall I'll be using the fact that it's one stop from me as a convenient excuse to travel via Waterloo...
