One of the best saunas in London. It advertises its self as been the only gay sauna which is totally naked throughout. It feels sexy to sit in the lounge with other naked guys, sometimes the door staff are naked too. Sex can be had anywhere in the complex too, even in the lounge or the smoking patio...SEXY!!!
It's well worth a visit.

I was so eager to try out my prize of a gold membership at The Locker Room sauna, that I went the same day I was notified I'd won. That was yesterday. This is a very useful prize to win - I have to say I am thrilled to have won anything at all from a website competition.
I had never heard of scene-OUT.com until found the link to it from Hard On's website. It is a great idea to make an interactive website for clubbers and anything gay for us to recommend or chat about. But I wantto talk about my experience in The Locker Room sauna.
When I arrived and said I won their competition, and gave the password I was given, they said they have not heard of me. It seems they had not received the email from scene-OUT.com informing them of my name. Well, I thought I have to come back another day but they were very friendly, and allowed me to go in on a free pass. I like that very much. At the end of the night, the email from scene-OUT.com came and I was told that I can come anytime using the password, until they make a gold membership card for me.
And I like that there are free soft drinks, coffee and tea and chilled water, free towels, and lockers, and biscuits and this one really pleases me... free fruit! Also there was free internet access, though no one seem interested, and no wonder with real life action all around, who can be arsed to go online!
This used to be the way the first Chariots Sauna did it, long ago before they became such a big chain. Seeing all this reminds me of those really value for money days and to see it still available in this sauna is a revelation.
I was buzzed in, and I was momentarily taken aback when I immediately entered a large room, instead of a corridor, and a room full of naked men, all whites and such good looking ones at that. They were all at ease, joking and chatting and fooling around. Later, I saw quite a number of orientals, and a black guy. I seem to have hit it at a busy time. It was about 8pm - I imagine this is the after work crowd from 5pm or so.
Usually saunas are busy around lunch time, and just after work. By 10pm, the numbers would have thinned, and the action less frenetic usually, and today it was no exception. So if you are going to play with anyone, dont waste time.
I like that there are videos in the dry sauna, and steam room, and two cinema rooms. There were three private cubicles with beds, three stand up cubicles with glory holes, and one with a sling, donated by Expectations (I know because there was a sign saying so ha ha) and a small water sports room. I could not see the outlet for the piss, so where does it go? I thought it was an oversight. But writing this now, it dawned on me... Oh, I know, down the throat, of course... silly me, how can I have forgotten?) Later, I saw someone moping up the area, which was near the showers. This area gets wet easily, and it is good to see that it periodically gets a moping.
What I like too, is that in every room there are containers generously filled with packets of lubes, and condoms. When one is naked it is really difficult to keep these things handy. This, though such a small detail, is very praiseworthy and says volumes about the management. This if anything gives me a very feel-good vibe for the place and the people who run it.
This is a physically small venue, but just the right size to give everyone an excuse to sit close to each other and play. It packs a lot of everything necessary for a good time.
I can see I shall fully enjoy my free year's membership. Thanks to scene-OUT.com and The Locker Room.

This place is definitley one of the friendliest saunas in town. If it is not busy, you just have to take what is available, but that has never been a problem for me. And the staff (or their friends) can be very friendly indeed, if you know what I mean.

I agree with the previous post, most likely written by the owner so a bit biased, but the place is extremely friendly, no attitude or anything...
Its very cruisy too and you can be totally naked at any time, not just on naked Thursdays. You can even have sex right in the lounge too so long as you're not bothering anyone else.
The only thing I would say is that on naked day, the staff don't always work naked. I've only ever seen one of their staff who usually works Thursday evenings on naked day, and he's happy to work naked but the others never seem to do that so, its not quite true that all the staff work naked on that day. It would be good if they did as it will encourage other guys to do the same. Maybe they could not give out towels when you first arrive.
Still, I love this place and have had some really good evenings there, even if I don't get sex there's always friendly people there for a nice chat.

The Locker Room Sauna is located in Kennington and has recently undergone some renovations. What was always a good sauna is now, even better. The Locker Room consists of a ground floor and basement. It's open from 10.00am until 1:00am Monday through Wednesday but from Thursday it's open 24 hours until 1am on Tuesday morning. You enter via the pay booth to be greeted by enthusiastic staff who seem genuinely pleased to see you. Entrance is ?10.50 however, if you're there before 1.00pm it's only £6.50. There is a late entry scheme where the last hour is only ?5.50 (Monday to Wednesday).
On the last weekend of every month you can have a weekend pass for only ?10.50 that lets you cum and go all weekend at no extra cost. Extra towels are provided on request, they do not charge.
To get to the changing rooms you go via a lounge which is cosy and like any front room, the atmosphere makes you immediately feel at home, they are showing the latest R18 (Army Boys the day I was there) but they also have a big screen showing Sky TV.
Help-yourself free tea and coffee making facilities are provided, squash is also free. Tucked away in the corner is a computer with free internet access.
The steam room is behind the changing area and there is a small lobby, useful for recovering from the heat or just watching the world go by. The main part of the sauna is downstairs in the basement where there is a sauna cabin which will take about 20 guys. The only "cool" thing about the sauna is that it has video screens inside the sauna so you can see the R18 film from inside the cabin!
Next to the sauna are the showers. These have to be some of the best sauna showers in London as they deliver large volumes of water from overhead roses. Also in the basement are loads of relaxation cabins, toilets and two themed rooms, one bondage and one for SOP. In the next room there is a porn cinema (for about 20 guys) and more cabins (some with glory holes).
What sets the Locker Room apart from other saunas is that the staff seem to actually enjoy working there, this is reflected in the friendly service you will receive. If you're a sauna regular, try it for a change. I think you might be pleasantly surprised.
Oh, on Thursday everyone is naked - even the staff.
